Our boundaries

What we do — and what we don't

What we do

  • Teach exercises you perform yourself
  • Run classes and training programmes
  • Share routines for daily self-care
  • Support posture awareness and relaxation
  • Refer you to a licensed healthcare professional when a health concern comes up

What we do not do

  • Diagnose any condition
  • Treat any condition or disease
  • Perform procedures, injections or surgery
  • Use medical devices
  • Give medical advice or replace your doctor

The Method

How the practice is built

Exercises you do yourself

Every programme is built from natural, anatomy-based techniques you can do at home. Guided sessions demonstrate each movement step by step, and you repeat them with your own hands — at your own pace.

Regularity over intensity

Practice is short and regular. Most sessions take 15–25 minutes, and 15 minutes is enough on busy days. The aim is a steady daily habit — something you can keep, not something you push through.

Gradual, visible change

With regular practice, students describe facial contours that look more defined and a brighter, more rested look. Change comes gradually and differs from person to person — we make no promises beyond that.

This programme may help you feel more relaxed and look more refreshed when practised regularly. Results vary from person to person. It is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for professional advice.

How the training works

01

Choose a programme and send a request. We answer questions and help you pick a starting point — there is no checkout on this site.

02

Follow guided video sessions. Each one demonstrates the techniques step by step, so you can pause, repeat and go at your own pace.

03

Practise a little every day. Most routines take 15–25 minutes and need nothing beyond your own hands.

04

Finish with a routine you keep. By the end, the separate techniques settle into one practice you can follow on your own.

Every programme comes with curator support — a real person who answers your questions along the way.

Ales Ulishchenko

Founder · Creator of the Faceplastica® Method

More than 100,000 students worldwide

Ales Ulishchenko is the creator of the Faceplastica® method — a structured system of facial exercises that students learn step by step and perform themselves, with their own hands.

He is the registered proprietor of the Faceplastica® marks in class 41 — the trademark class for education and training — in both the European Union and the United States.

He founded the Academy so the method could be taught the way it was built to be taught: clear programmes, guided sessions, honest expectations, and a curator within reach.
