The controller of your personal data is Faceplastica Academy LLC, Office 1108, Smart Heights, Al Thanyah First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (P.O. Box 450642). This policy follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL").
This website has no forms and collects nothing from you directly. When you contact us by messenger, we process what you choose to share — your name, your contact number and the content of your message. The website itself only processes the basic technical data needed to serve its pages.
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to provide information about our programmes, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you write to us. You may withdraw consent at any time — see section 7.
Your data may be handled by service providers acting on our instructions, such as website hosting, including providers located outside the UAE. In every case we require the safeguards set by applicable law.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or object to processing — and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the details on the Contact page.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.

This policy applies to enrolment in an Academy programme. It does not apply to this website: nothing is sold here and no payments are processed here. Enrolment is arranged individually, by request.
You may cancel at any time before your programme opens and receive a full refund of everything you paid. No reason is needed and no fee is charged.
Once your programme has opened, you have 14 days to change your mind. Within those 14 days you receive a full refund provided you have opened no more than a quarter of the programme's sessions. After 14 days, or once you have gone past a quarter of the sessions, the enrolment is no longer refundable — by then you have the substance of what you paid for, and the materials cannot be returned.
This does not apply if the programme is not what we described it to be. In that case write to us and we will make it right, whatever the calendar says.
If we cancel a programme, or postpone its start by more than 14 days, you may move to the next intake or ask for a full refund of what you paid. The choice is yours, and the 14-day window in section 3 does not apply.
Write to us using the details on the Contact page and tell us your name, the programme and the reason. We confirm that we have your request within 2 working days and give you a decision within 10 working days.
An approved refund is returned within 14 days, by the same method you used to pay and in the same currency. We do not charge a fee for processing it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the United Arab Emirates — Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended.

If something goes wrong, we would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.

Write to us using the details on the Contact page. Most things are settled at this stage, quickly and without formality.
Your name, the programme you are enrolled in, what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do about it.
We confirm that we have your complaint within 2 working days. A named member of the Academy who was not involved in the matter reviews it and answers you in writing within 10 working days. If we need longer, we tell you why and give you a new date before those 10 days are up.
You may ask for the matter to be reviewed by the Academy's director. That review is answered in writing within 10 working days and closes our internal procedure.
We keep a record of every complaint, what was decided and what changed as a result. Records are kept for as long as the law requires and are available to a regulator on request.
Our internal procedure does not replace your right to go to a regulator. Education and training providers in the Emirate of Dubai are regulated by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which receives complaints about providers directly. Matters that concern you as a consumer — price, description, refunds — fall under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and are handled by the consumer protection authorities of the United Arab Emirates.

Everyone enrolled in an Academy programme, and everyone taking part in the participants' chat that comes with it.
Courtesy towards instructors, curators and other students. Questions are welcome at any level. Disagreement is fine; contempt is not.
Work within your own range and stop if something hurts. If you have a health concern, speak to a licensed healthcare professional before you start, and follow their advice over ours.
Your access is personal. Recording, republishing, reselling or sharing programme materials with people who are not enrolled is not permitted and ends access to the programme.
No advertising, no recruiting, and no giving other students advice about their health. Share your own experience freely; leave the instruction to the instructors.
First a private word, then removal from the chat, then withdrawal from the programme. We explain each step in writing, and section 4 of the Complaints Procedure applies if you think a decision was wrong.
A complete daily routine you can keep, and access to your programme materials for the access period stated on the programme page.
Tell us what you need before you enrol and we will say plainly whether we can accommodate it. Programmes are recorded, so you set your own pace and repeat any session as many times as you like.
